Tailored to your needs
The broadest range of presses to satisfy your format and productivity needs, with huge productivity up to 200m2/hr.
New system allows switching from in-door to outdoor tiles by simple and quick replacement of the polyurethane mould.
4 to 6 stations with patented technolo-gy allowing production of single-layer, double-layer slabs, or both.
Our single-layer presses are equipped with the unique, patented Longinotti “MS” system for the evacuation of the excess water from the wet mix through the pressing pad.
A wide range of application including indoor and outdoor floors and wall surfaces: chamfers and moulds can be used to obtain endless tile effects and surface finishes.

Engineered FOR EXCELLENT RESULTS
- Automatic mortar dosator with two-speed planetary mixing. Direct delivery from dosing buckets into moulds using a special system and level sensors to fill and empty the doser cups, ensuring high precision and consistency of the mixture.
- Exclusive proportional pressing system programmable up to 5 different stages for excellent, fast compacting. The draining-filtering action and high pressing force results in a very compact, porosityfree product. • Exclusive electromagnetic encasement of the draining pads for quick and easy replacement of filters.
- Special extracting shovel linked to a flexible demoulding system
- New “closed-loop” control system of the rotating table: shortens rotation time and improves displacement precision.
- Station failsafe: in case of single station failure, press continues production with the remaining ones.
- Vibrocompacting unit for high thickness slab/blocks increases productivity and compacting.

- Hydraulic unit specially designed for reduced energy consumption, with programmable svalve for optimal compacting of the mix.
- Revolving of the table by means of large-diameter toothed wheel and pinion, driven by geared motor and fed by a separate inverter.
- Easily adjustable, powerful twin vibrators for high-efficiency vibration of the moulds.
- Wear-proof intuitive control panel using Siemens S7 touchscreen technology.
